Terms and Conditions
Players must accept the Terms and Conditions and comply with the laws applicable in their place of residence.
Age and player accounts
Players must be at least 18. Only one account is allowed per person, household, address, IP address and computer. Accounts must not be used by third parties.
Identity and payments
Deposits must be made using payment methods in your own name. Proof of identity and address may be required. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete. Deposits must generally be wagered at least once before withdrawal.
Bonuses and games
Additional wagering requirements, deadlines and stake limits apply to bonuses. Game availability varies by country. Using a VPN to bypass provider restrictions is prohibited. Fraud, multiple accounts and bonus abuse may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
Inactive accounts
After twelve months without a login, a monthly administration fee of EUR 25 or the equivalent may apply, capped at the remaining account balance. Fees stop once the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
Complaints and disputes
Complaints must be submitted to customer support by the account holder. If the result displayed to the player differs from the server result, the server records take precedence. Disputes are subject to arbitration in Curaçao.
